Acceptable use

These rules summarise the “Acceptable use” section of the terms of use. If anything differs, the terms apply once they are approved.

Please do not

• enter a child’s full name, photo, address, phone number, school or other personal detail anywhere;
• try to get into another family’s account, guess passwords or get around sign-in limits, daily limits or score checks;
• use scripts, bots or modified copies of the site to earn Happy Stars or to overload the service;
• use the service to contact, pressure or collect information about children;
• share your sign-in or let a session misrepresent who is playing.

What we may do

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules, and remove content that is unsafe or wrong [enforcement, appeals and notice periods: counsel].
